RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

   To meet the deadline, it is enough for the Consumer to submit a declaration to the Seller before its expiry. The consumer may submit any clear declaration informing about his withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. A declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement may be submitted electronically via e-mail to the following address:  info@goodok.eu

1.  A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving a reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for by law, within:

14 days from the date referred to in the following section. 4 (hereinafter also "Statutory right of withdrawal");

from the 15th to the 30th day from the date referred to in the following section. 4 (hereinafter also "Extended right of withdrawal") - subject to the following section. 11.

The above does not apply to a contract the subject of which is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs. The exercise of any of the above rights does not affect other contracts, in particular to the extent that:

were concluded together with a contract covered by a declaration of withdrawal as a result of the Customer placing several Orders at the same time, or

The Seller made the conclusion or content of the contract covered by the declaration of withdrawal dependent on the conclusion of another contract due to the direct relationship between the Products.

To meet the deadline, it is enough for the Consumer to submit a declaration to the Seller before its expiry. 2.  The consumer may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

3.  The deadline for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement starts from the date the Consumer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Product, and in the case of a Sales Agreement

that:

includes multiple Products that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from taking possession of the last Product, batch or part, or
consists in regular delivery of Products for a specified period of time - from taking possession of the first Product;

4.  In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.

5.  The Seller is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract, return to the Consumer the payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the Product (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Customer other than the cheapest regular delivery method available in the Online Store).

6.  If the Consumer exercises the Statutory right of withdrawal, the Seller refunds the payment using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him. If the Consumer exercises the Extended Right of Withdrawal, the Seller may refund the payment using the payment method indicated by the Seller. If the Seller has not offered to collect the Product from the Consumer himself, he may withhold the refund of payments received from the Consumer until he receives the Product back or the Consumer provides proof of sending it back, depending on which event occurs first.

7.  The Consumer is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the Sales Agreement, return the Product to the Seller or hand it over to a person authorized by the Seller to collect it, unless the Seller has offered to collect the Product himself. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the Product before its expiry. Please attach proof of purchase of the Product if possible.

8.  If the Consumer exercises the Statutory right of withdrawal, the Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product. The Consumer's liability may include, in particular, the inability to put the Product on sale as a full-value Product, the costs of putting tags and security elements back on the Product, as well as the costs of restoring the Product to a condition that allows it to be re-sold in the Online Store, including the costs of testing the Product by specialist and the costs of removing defects found as a result of such an examination (to the extent

9.  The extended right of withdrawal is available to the Consumer only in relation to complete, undamaged and unused Products, with all tags and security elements that were placed on the Product at the time it was taken into possession by the Consumer or a third party indicated by him. The Consumer loses the Extended Right of Withdrawal if the Product is used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

10.  The consumer only bears the direct costs of returning the Product. As part of a promotional campaign, the Seller may offer the Consumer to collect the returned Products by the Seller from the Consumer.

11.   Subject to the above paragraph. 9, the right to withdraw from a distance contract referred to in section 1 letter a or b above, the Consumer is not entitled to the Consumer in the cases specified in the provisions of the Civil Code, in particular in relation to contracts: (1) for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the provision that after after the Seller has completed the service, he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract; (2) in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs; (3) in which the subject of the service is a Product delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the packaging for health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging was opened after delivery; (4) in which the subject of the service are Products which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items.

12.  As part of a temporary promotional campaign, the Seller may grant the Customer the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period in the cases referred to in section 1 sentence 2 or section 11 above.
