Delivery of plywood and tile leveling systems is carried out by various transport companies. Plywood is delivered by DPD with a maximum length of 140 cm, while tile leveling systems are delivered by many other carriers, including InPost and Allegro. 99% of the goods reach the customer within 48 hours of dispatch (working days) throughout Poland and from 3 to 5 days within the European Union. Exact delivery dates can be checked on the order placement page, where an automatic calculator calculates dates and costs based on the data from courier companies delivering to the specified address.

DELIVERY TERMS

GOODOK.EU carries out deliveries with its own transport throughout Poland. We try to accommodate the wishes of our customers and, if necessary, we can make an individual delivery. Delivery is made to the address specified during the order placement. If there is a need to change the delivery address, please contact our salespeople by phone in advance. Upon delivery, you will receive all necessary documents: a receipt and a warranty card. If the buyer is a business customer, an invoice will be issued and sent along with the order.

TERMINY DOSTAWY

Delivery time is agreed upon with the seller, who will contact you after placing the order. Deliveries are made throughout the week from Monday to Sunday. We also deliver on Sundays. The delivery time for goods ranges from 1 to 10 working days. Please inform us of the need for delivery at a specific time when placing an order. Other delivery dates are agreed upon with the customer.

PERSONAL PICKUP

Orders can be picked up personally from our warehouse. The date and time should be agreed upon with the seller in advance.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All technical parameters of the goods can be checked with our seller before purchasing. Transport company employees do not provide consumers with advice on product properties. Upon delivery, check the completeness of the product you have chosen and its compliance with the description on our website, and be sure to check the product for mechanical damage. In the absence of comments on mechanical damage during goods receipt, further claims will not be considered. Remember that incorrect contact details or an incomplete delivery address can cause delays in goods delivery! Please check addresses and phone numbers carefully when placing an order.
