  The administrator of personal data collected via the mPOS24 website and application is PayPro SA, registered office address: Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000347935, REGON: 301345068, hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller" for the purposes of this Policy.

  Your personal data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922) (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

   The following scope of your data is processed: name and surname, e-mail address, so-called financial data and any other data provided by you in the contact form.

Przelewy24 meets the requirements of PCI DSS and McAffe Secure standards, thus guaranteeing that you have entrusted the execution of your transactions to a trustworthy partner. To ensure the best protection and high standards, PayPro SA undergoes annual security audits.

Your data is processed only for the purpose of completing procedures related to the provision of the service, responding to requests addressed to the Data Administrator, providing information (such as transaction confirmations, reports, alerts), as well as for marketing, statistical and archival purposes. However, the statistics do not contain data that would enable your identification.

Personal data is not made available to any other entities, unless it is required by applicable law or an appropriate agreement is concluded to guarantee the protection of your rights and privacy.

To prevent the interception of confidential data, information about access data to bank accounts is entered only on secure bank websites. Moreover, the system does not store payment card data, and the information you provide when using the application is protected by an encrypted connection.

Information about the IP number collected during connection with the website or application is processed for technical and statistical purposes.

PayPro SA reserves the right to change the privacy policy in whole or in part. The update may be caused by changes in the law regarding the protection of personal data, development of technology and expansion of our website or application.

Any changes will be posted on the Przelewy24 website, and any new wording of the policy will be effective from the moment of its publication.

  We wait 5 days for payment, if payment is not made within this period, the order will be canceled. In the payment title, please provide the data necessary to complete the order: order number and name and surname of the person placing the order.
