SP. Z O.O. "GOODOK"

  This information applies to "cookies" files used on websites administered by sp. z o.o. "GOODOK" based in Białystok ( 15-405 ul. Młynowa 80 lok. U1 ).

  1. What are cookies?

    Cookies are IT data stored in the memory of end devices and sent by websites. These files enable the identification of the end device, ensuring the correct display of the website, tailored to the user's individual preferences. Data collected automatically are mainly: statistical data, IP address and other device identification numbers.

     Two types of "cookies" are used on the websites managed by  sp. z o. o. "GOODOK " - "session" and "persistent". Session files are temporary files that are deleted when the software used to use the services of  sp. z o. o. "GOODOK" is turned off . Persistent files remain in the memory of the end device until they are manually deleted by the browser user or until they expire, specified in the functional parameters of "cookies".

    The main purpose of cookies is to ensure continuity of use of the website and to adapt the content of the pages to the user's preferences. sp. z o. o. "GOODOK"  also uses "cookies" for its own needs, such as collecting anonymous statistics allowing for improving the functionality of the website. Moreover, the websites managed by  the limited liability company "GOODOK"  use marketing cookies that enable the display of advertisements tailored to the needs of users.

  4. Legal basis for the processing of cookies and their storage time

    sp. z o. o. "GOODOK"  processing necessary cookies (absolutely necessary for the proper functioning of the website, including maintaining the session after logging in) based on the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Necessary cookies are stored for 1 day from the moment they are saved.

    sp. z o. o. "GOODOK"  processed statistical cookies (they enable the creation of anonymous statistics that allow for a better understanding of user preferences and, through their analysis, improve and develop functionalities) based on the User's voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) . Statistical cookies, depending on the specific type, are stored for the duration of the session or a maximum of 2 years from the date they are saved.

    sp. z o. o. "GOODOK"  processes marketing cookies (they enable the display of advertisements that are tailored to the user's preferences) based on the User's voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Marketing cookies are stored only for the duration of the session, i.e. until the website managed by  "GOODOK" Ltd. is closed .

  6. Before entering the websites managed by  the "GOODOK" limited liability company, the user  may consent to the storage of statistical and marketing cookies. Necessary cookies are saved automatically because their absence may negatively affect selected website functionalities.

    The user can delete cookies at any time using the available functions in his web browser.

    The use of cookies by  sp. z o. o. "GOODOK" does not cause damage to the user's computer or configuration changes in the user's telecommunications device and the software installed in this device.
