PAYMENTS

If the product is available in stock, payment must be made before the shipment is sent from our warehouse in Białystok.

When placing an order for goods, we ask for a payment of a 50% deposit and the remaining part at the time of shipment from the warehouse.

For regular supplies, we consider flexible cooperation terms with deferred payment.

Class B - The surface quality is intended for transparent and semi-transparent processing, for varnishing and painting with paints with increased quality requirements. In class B, healthy light knots with a diameter of up to 10 mm and healthy dark knots with a diameter of up to 6 mm are allowed. The presence of healthy knots in small quantities further emphasizes the wood grain. Unsound knots and holes from fallen knots are not allowed in class B. Open cracks are also not allowed in class B. The irregularity of the wood structure on the surface of the sheet should not exceed 10%.

Class BB - intended for processing with paints and semi-transparent materials, for veneering with sliced ​​veneer of valuable wood species. In class BB, the repair with veneer patches is allowed, which improves the surface quality of the sheet. Healthy light knots are allowed. Healthy dark knots are allowed up to a size not exceeding 20 mm. Holes from unsound knots are allowed up to a size not exceeding 6 mm. Repaired cracks are allowed up to a length of 200 mm, open ones - up to a width of 2 mm. Healthy color change, false core should not exceed 25% of the sheet surface.

Class CP - used for veneering with non-transparent and foil coatings, for processing with paints. The surface quality is lower than in class BB. Healthy light knots are allowed. Healthy dark knots with a crack width not exceeding 1.5 mm are allowed. Unsound knots and holes from unsound knots are allowed up to a size not exceeding 6 mm. Repaired and open cracks are also allowed. In class CP, false core should not exceed 50% of the sheet surface, and healthy color change - 50%. Repair with veneer patches in class CP is not limited. Double patches are also allowed. CP class veneer can consist of veneer strips glued at the edges.

Class C - the cheapest of plywood classes, which is used for use in construction when the appearance of the outer side of the plywood plays a secondary role. In class C, partially sound and unsound knots, holes from fallen knots up to a size not exceeding 40 mm, open cracks up to a width not exceeding 10 mm, edge defects up to a width not exceeding 5 mm are allowed. Healthy light and dark knots are allowed without restrictions on size and quantity. Lack of veneer up to 10 mm wide is allowed in the inner layers. Lack of veneer on the edges should not exceed 5 mm. Knots, cracks up to a size not exceeding 60 mm can be patched. False core, chemical discoloration, browning, stains are allowed. Repair with single and double veneer patches is also allowed in class C. Veneer overlays, indentations, sanding marks are also allowed in class C.

To unload the goods sent by us, the Customer's warehouse should be equipped with a forklift or a ramp for truck access and a trolley for handling heavy loads. One plywood package weighs a minimum of 600 kg.
